I do have a few Quartermass Shows in a disused folder buried in the bowels of my Computer. Next year Quartermas and the Pit is fair game, ?right?.

When was it created? For example, If something was created in 1958, It will enter the public domain next year. Of course, The ever annoying beeb will still claim copyright on it, But under british law it will be PD.

If they were broadcast 1958, Then yes, They will be PD next year if they are british.

If it was made in '57 then it's already PD. If it was made in '58 then it will enter the public domain in 2009.
